Visual activities

Come to a standing position.
Feel your weight equally on all four corners of both feet.
Begin to shift the weight over to the left foot, lifting the right foot off the floor.
Bend the right knee, bringing the sole of the right foot high on to the inner left thigh.
Press the foot into the thigh and the thigh back into the foot.
Try not to let the left left hip jut out. Keep bothe hips squared towards the front.
Focus on something that doesn't move to help you keep your balance.
Bring the arms up towards the ceiling with the palms touching.

If you cannot bring the right foot high inside the left thigh, bring it lower on the left calf, but be careful to avoid placing the right foot directly on the left knee.

Kneel on the floor with your body in an upright position. The heels of your feet are facing the ceiling. While your right hand reaches behind your body to touch your right heel, raise your left arm straight up and tilt your head to look at the ceiling

Kneel on the floor with your knees under your hips. Place the palms of your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Eyes facing down. This position should resemble a coffee table. With your right arm reach diagonically behind you. At the same time lift your knee leg off the floor. The knee should stay bent and should reach the height of your back. The rest of the leg should extend straight up. Now with your right arm, try to catch the iside of your foot. You should find that you have to open the right side of your chest in order to reach your leg.

From a standing position, keep your feet as wide as your shoulders. Toes slightly turned out. Eyes looking to the front. Raise your arms to form a "Y" shape and with your left leg reach out and behind you you. Keep that leg straight and slightly lean towards the supporting leg.

Following position - close your arms so that they are paralell to each other. Lean further towards the floor so that your body becomes paralell to the floor. While leaning allow the leg that is lifted out and behind you to naturally folow the movement of the body. You will find that the leg is paralell to the floor, too and in a straight line with your body. Your eyes should be looking at the floor.

Squat down on the floor until you are afew centimeters off the floor. Try to imagine that you are trying to sit down on the world's smallest chair. Everything is really small, so make yourself small and compact by keeping everything close to your body. Now, place your arms on the inside of your legs and firmly push your palms to the floor. Your knees should be touching the back of your arms, fast above your elbows. While your arms are pushing the floor, start to tilt your weight towards your palms until your legs lift of the floor and the only contact with the floor is your arms. Remember! Keep everything close!

Following position - with your waist clockwise, your knees should now be facing at 9 o'clock position.
