Questionnaire Results

After giving it a great thought, our students' answers finally shed some light to the crucial question "What was the song about?".
Starting with question 1 almost all of them agreed that the song is about a man in love. What reached second place was option c, that is "a friendship gone bad".
Moving on to question 2, the most popular answer was that the scene is set at the couple's room. What really surprised us though was how different their perceptions of the singer's mood were. Three of them found the singer to be "upset and disappointed", two of them thought he was
"grateful and appreciative" while the remaining thought that he was "cheerful and excited".
Last but not least, they found the song melancholic and thought provoking but also somehow optimistic.(adolescence talking!)
Their final task was to write their opinion on what they think will happen next in the song's story. Here are their responses (uncensored!)

1. I think that the boy going to send this beautiful song in his love and tell her how to feel about her! the girl will come back to her boy and tell her how much she loves him ! they will be together forever and never ever break up again!
2. If the boy tell her how he feels, she might come back and stay with him for the rest of their lives!
3. They get married.

4. His girlfriend will send him away.


5. The man will make up with the girl.

6. it's midnight and the boy can't sleep. the boy staring at her girl and think what will happent if he loose her.. he can't imagine his life without her.. but he has doupts about her feelings.. then he realized how much he loves her and that he is half without her! he decided not to leave her. and keeping her close to him!
