After our song selection, it was about time we got down to serious business! So, we gave our students a handout of the song's lyrics so that we could focus on unknown vocabulary as well as synonyms and antonyms of words concerning relationships. Then, we created a storyline of the song story and the students were asked to make predictions about how the story might end. In addition, we created two separate grids with positive and negative vocabulary
about relationships.
